When you sign up for a TweetMagicLeads account, we ask you for personal information, such as your name, email address, Twitter account information & cellphone details.
If you choose to use TweetMagicLeads to respond to Tweets, you will need to provide us with your Twitter account details.
When you send messages through TweetMagicLeads, we collect and maintain information associated with those messages, including user names and content.

TweetMagicLeads processes personal information on our servers in the United States of America as well as in other countries when necessary. For users outside the United States, please note that any personally-identifying information you enter into the Site may be transferred out of your country and into the United States. You consent to such transfer through your use of the Site and our Services. You also warrant that you have the right to transfer such information outside your country and into the United States.
If you wish to terminate your TweetMagicLeads account, you can do so by going to the Keyword Group Management page & selecting 'Disable' or alternatively by going to your PayPal Account & discontinuing your subscription. You can also e-mail us at accounts@tweetmagicleads.com although we cannot guarantee discontinuation of your services via an e-mail request. If you terminate your account completely & do not have any Keyword Groups left, your profile & personal details will be removed from our databases & your account will be deleted immediately, but it might remain in our backup systems.
You can decline to submit personal information to our Service, in which case TweetMagicLeads may not be able to provide the Service to you.
In addition to the uses noted above, TweetMagicLeads only shares personal information with other companies or individuals outside of TweetMagicLeads in the following limited circumstances:
We have your consent. We require opt-in consent for the sharing of any sensitive personal information.
